Dj Ace:

Hey, what's up World? It's your host DJ Ace and I'm back with another episode from the podcast, the authentic millennial, where we help motivate millennials by the millions to live a life of authenticity. And today I got a returning guest with me. He goes by the name of Nore Davis. My man just droppped an album during quarantine, his fifth studio album. And we're going to hear a track from the album. And he's going to tell us about the album. What was the process? And he, we go [inaudible] no , I'm in New York, ground zero. I've been doing good. You know, we've been trying to keep ourselves sane and like keep ourself focused, like trying to binge watch shows. But that's hard. Like I tried to start the walking dead , but I just got too jealous, man. They just running outside with no mask on it's like, I can't watch this show .

Nore Davis:

I can't wait . They're just running. [inaudible] they can breathe, man. Remember that during this shit off, I try to watch ESPN. Espn keep playing all the old games. They run out. So, but they started playing a babe Ruth hot highlights. I'm like, why? Y'all got this old ass white man up here. Jackie Robinson damn two . Then in month three, they start playing A Leauge Of Their Own. That's not even supposed to be on here. ESPN. [inaudible] that's the taxi movie. He just keeps yelling at women. [inaudible] thank you guys. And they released the Micheal Jordan documentary , which is good. I think the Michael Jordan documentary was like a movie, but then quarantitine happenings ain't now yet I got to make that stretch. No, y'all got to cut that up. Like crap. Y'all got to cut it with sugar, salt, salt, garlic, salt, parsley, and cinnamon. That's the only document as there's many documentaries within a big documentary. That's the only that documentary has more side missions than grant that . Oh, what's up Jordan. You want to see about Rodman? Okay. What about Rodman? [inaudible] you're clearly going to get back to Charlie . Steve Kerr. Alright . I guess I'll say Horace grant where he got his goggles, I guess. So get the fucking Jordan. How long is this stretch that out? I got cute. Yeah, don't laugh . Thank you, man. Real talk . Thank you . Thank you. And same . Alright . You nailed that. All right. My man Nore Davis. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Mr. Turner are the authentic millennial happy to be back. Oh , we are back baby, sir. Yes, sir. We bet like we never left, man. This is just, this is just continuing to the first episode that we did and it's so crazy. Cause I remember we were just talking about, you know, doing zoom shows and then blink a few days later, a month later, whatever my man dropped the whole album. Yo yeah . Yo. Yeah . What was the last episode? You right . We were just talking about performing in zoom and the beginnings of the comedy trap house you were deejaying, you know, and then yeah , that all transpired into a whole album and I'm very proud of it, man. I'm very proud of it. I think a did a good job and it's a time capsule piece and I'm very happy the , for people to hear it and you know, we, we don't forget where we came from. Cause so much has been going on. You know, so much, fendi facts, man. Wow. I remember when Colby died, like he didn't even heal from that , that, but that was this year, bro. That was good . Shit . That was this year. That was not last year, two years ago. That was this year. N****s still hurting from that. But so much has been going on pandemic uprising. 20 West is running for president now. It's like, they just keep throwing everything at us. I am no longer surprised anymore. I wake up in the morning like, yo what's next. Right? True. What's next. I'm ready for it. I'm all for it . I'm here for all of it. Fam all. Yeah . I'm here. I'm here for yeah. I'm here for the uprising. Hopefully people, the pandemic. I hope people get more hip to it. Shit. I feel like people like you and everybody need to tell their story more. But the media is even give, give people a light to shine that tell their story about Covid. Then you don't see no more nurses or doctors no more than the news anymore. Or even on our feet. They gone,

Dj Ace:

Bro. I don't know if the plan is for us to just deal with it. Like if you got it, you got it. If you don't, you don't just deal with it. Like figure it out.

Nore Davis:

Like society's like, we're not your fucking parents. Deal with it.

Dj Ace:

Scary man.

Nore Davis:

That's fucked up. It was like, come on , uh , CDC. You're like the fucking head of health. What do we do? They're like, look man,

Dj Ace:

But now are you talking about that? And now we got the United States talking about yo, we are walking away from the who organization from the world health organization. They're not, they're not even like, yeah , we're not even , we're not fucking with that shit anymore fam. Like what does that mean? Really late when it , yeah. It's like bro, you , like you said, every day is new and man, it's not even every day. It's like every 20 minutes now,

Nore Davis:

Every 20 minutes, every 20, every 30 minutes, some goddamn shit. Like all we gotta do is check our feed and shit. Even we're talking right now, n****s is reading up on fireworks.

Dj Ace:

You remember 10, 10 wins. I know n****s gotta be active now hilarious 10 minutes. You remember that shit? Cause yeah, I know them. N****s is busy now. Cause every 10 minutes, some new shit is popping.

Nore Davis:

My citizen app has not shut the fuck up. It's going down everywhere. Brooklyn, Yonkers, New York, Bronx everywhere. It's just going down even as exhausting. O

Dj Ace:

You know, and , and all the craziness that's happening. I'll tell you one thing, you know, like you say , you know yeah . Me having COVID-19 and living through that process. I am so happy to be alive right now. Thank you.

Nore Davis:

I can't, I can't lose you man. I can't lose my , my main n***a, baby . We go back, man. We go back like kit, Kat bars and sour power straws.

Dj Ace:

We got things we got work to do, man. We got so much work to do a lot of healing. A lot of just joy man. Speaking of joy, man, let let's let's let's get right into it, man. That , so we just played a track off your album, which is the ESPN joke, man. So what was, what was your thought process in creating that joke.

Nore Davis:

Man, that was , um, definitely came from like binge watching. That was such a huge part of our quarantine life of trying to find a show and binge watch . And so going through like the walking dead and getting jealous of that and uh , the authentic ness of talking about ESPN and how sports are just gone. And I don't know, then my brain just thinking like, yo, this shit is funny. How they just doing highlights of like, they run out of sports and then, and then you tagged it up, you know, coming in, you talked this together. Like we always vibe off of this shit of like how they run it out of a , they just run out of the highlights, you know? And I was just like, yeah, they , they skipped Jackie Robinson, not even with the Bay route . And then from there I took it from a , my brain's like, Oh, they going to put the league of their own on there . Now, now they doing movies that sport movies, that's not even supposed to ever be on ESPN. And you know, right now, as we're talking right now, I look on my , uh, Bleacher report or ESPN , uh, profiles that I follow on my feed , my timeline there , back to college, college basketball highlights and NBA highlights all over again. Like I already saw this n***a dunk. I already saw LeBron , uh, like shove somebody by the foul foul line . I already saw this stuff. So it's like, I almost want to mute them, you know? But

Dj Ace:

It sucks when your , your main job is to do sports and there is no fucking,

Nore Davis:

There was no of there's no fucking sports . I don't even think we going to go back to it. I mean, I don't care what they keep giving the players tokens. I look , we're going to play the black Anthem for you n***a . I ain't no damn Anthem. I asked you the rest of them, fucking cops, Hey man, look, where are you ? Who do you want? You want, you want Solange ? All right , we'll have Beyonce and salons perform. This should is so, so far. Fuck. Yes, it is. It is it's

Dj Ace:

Even if you want to bring back sports, like, you know, fam, y'all got a lot of explaining to do with the whole black lives matter movement, family. You know what I mean? Like justice for that. And the way y'all even you'll have some, just have some dignity. I have some mutual respect for human life. Not me respect the life of a black person, please. Like we are human. Like bro, we bleed just like you. We are not different. I don't know what books y'all read back in the 18 hundreds, but as to 2020. And I'm telling you right now, we are legit. We are real. We fail , we breathe . We bleed, we everything. We're not just workers. We're not just here, not work as slaves.

Nore Davis:

And that's what they keep reinventing fucking slavery. That's what capitalism off . And I was just, I was looking up dates . So George Floyd was murdered May 25th. And I think the comedy trap house we wrapped up around May 23rd, I think it was, if I'm not mistaken, like I bring that up. Yeah. May 20 May 23rd. We recorded the two shows or no, it was that Friday. Right? So I think it was

Dj Ace:

Friday seven and nine o'clock show.

Nore Davis:

I have a nine o'clock show. Yes . So dude, there was no way I could have recorded that album after he died. Like there was no after he was murdered. Cause like the , the vibe change and it goes off of your point of like, they're not respecting black lives and it's just so fucking depressing. How can I go back to work and be funny? How can I invite a whole bunch of people in this room unless let's act like nothing's happening. Right. You know? Um, Oh no, no, no. I'm sorry. Oh yeah, no he did .

Dj Ace:

Oh no. He died before, during he, he was murdered, You know, we worked on the, the um, the drug Floyd bit or maybe some of the black lives matter and all that , that yeah .

Nore Davis:

Yes, you're right. You're right. Okay. Why it's started? Dan is tight ,

Dj Ace:

Right? When you finished recording, they was riding right outside where you were in Brooklyn fam. That's what it is. It was going to riots where we're going.

Nore Davis:

Riots happened right outside the building. We, we , uh , we did the comedy trap house and that's what the emotion I'm sorry, correction. So yeah , there was no way for me to ever perform during the fucking riot, like uprising, rubber bullets, people getting arrested, tear gas , um, cops coming out with full blown military gear against white people too . Cause white people are on the front lines. Now this is the first time we have white people in the street fighting for us, you know? And that's the only reason they care giving them, giving it attention. Cause the white people out there and they're like, ah , man, we can't really fuck them up. You know? I mean, it goes back, remember like the fucking breast cancer , uh , the me too movement March. Like, you know, those cops just let those women with the pink hats, walk down DC , have a good time. Cause they not gonna fuck up those white women. You know, that could be somebody's aunt or uncle. But when it comes to black women or black people, man get the goddamn gear man, n***a Brittany alarm, yo fan , get the , get the SWAT , everything it

Dj Ace:

Scary. And I think this was the first time for me at least to really think about your , what is really the role of police? Like what's really your role fam you know, the card, the rich, you know, Gardner rich

Nore Davis:

Guard, the rich, I think if we go deeper, the guard, sex workers and sex traffickers, the whole traffic thing. Cause they have so much of a big budget. And within that power they take advantage of, you know, their unions and how , uh , the state got they back , bro. So it protect us , serve as that facade protect. Yes. Who are you protecting? I don't know .

Dj Ace:

Oh yeah . Yeah. Definitely

Nore Davis:

The state, but not us. Not the people. Hey, I don't know.

Dj Ace:

And I think that's the biggest wake up call for white people. They're starting to see like, wow. You know? Yeah. They, they killing black people left and right. But it's only a matter of time before they start killing everybody.

Nore Davis:

Oh no . Cause white people's stove it. They always go by the instructions. Oh , excuse me. It says here that I'm supposed to get mayonnaise on top of the sandwich, but I haven't received it . You know, they want to follow the, in this structure and then the whole time it's a lot, no, this sandwich never came at Manet's domains. The whole thing is a lie. So now they're like, but that's the only thing we could do. We just have to question the system, which we all know is a lie, but you know, we challenged them, but

Dj Ace:

Is where I get my popcorn because this is why my entertainment, because now we're seeing the truth. Like, wow, like now, like the , and I really like the older people, the older generations , they're starting to see like, yo my whole goal , your leadership, the whole government and all that is bullshit.

Nore Davis:

Yes. Bullshit man. And they taught us things like they told us things in the school that kept us misled of like we're , we're worried about the executive branch. When we should have been worrying about the judicial of voting people who can change laws or who actually make the laws. Those are the people we need to focus on. Not the president is the one that just signed shit big time . So it's fucking, it's it's annoying bro. So we get our popcorn and we sit back and see, this might be a depressive statement. Oh how we are all pawns pawns, man. Ain't no King. Ain't no Rook queen. We are pawns. And the rich are just moving the pieces anywhere they want. We're being played with. We're being played with, but we are . But as artist , we are, we are pawns who decide to do what we want within our , in our square, on the chest, pull her , we're having so much fun in our squares, you know, but they do have that power be like, shut it all down. Everybody's in quarantine. Okay. I guess, you know, or you know, everyone who knows what people are going back to work. And then they start the evictions in Texas, which is so sad. People going, they'll be mad. People homeless. They ain't talking about that. Even when they started evictions in Texas.

Dj Ace:

See, now I really got a question. Is this all by design FAMs ?

Nore Davis:

Probably

Dj Ace:

Like , come on. Like was y'all really like, I mean, I understand that the gap between the rich and the poor, you know, like now y'all straight, just like y'all demolish the competition at this point. I made everybody stay home. Definitely for at least three months you feel me? And you have people like Jeff Bezos, whoever just making billions. Yeah.

Nore Davis:

And they got the bailout and they got, and I got the stimulus to target all of them. You're right, man. Now I think about it. Wow. Yes. So let's get these middle class semi working class, poor people out of these buildings so we can renovate and we put into people that have money. So now we have more people on the street working class, people in the street and the whole game is about real estate and owning and economics of how they got us. We don't own shit. I own my album though . So that's cool on your art, on your art, on your art, that's all you good . So we can do so far.

Dj Ace:

No, this is how we tie it all back in now. And this is where, you know, cause it's just so many people, so many, you know, people I hear just doling the towel. Like they, everything. Oh, it's too much for me that the riots that the pandemic, all of it is too much. So they , they just quit whatever they're doing and just packing it all up. And I don't know what to do . I don't know if they're hiding underneath their beds. I don't know what they're doing, but they're folding up. And this is the time when you really got to focus on your goals. Yeah. This is it. This is the time where you're like , all right , but I gotta get an album done, you know , what's going on, but I gotta get an album done. You know, please, you know, walk the people through the process of seeing the comedy clubs closed down. Right. And now where everybody , the chatter is zoom, right? Like [inaudible] and then comedians being against zoom shows some comedians being forced them. So, and some comedians just damn scared, like don't know , Oh no, I'm not doing shit. Cause it's going to reopen. Yup . You know? And then we talk about how, if it opens or whenever reopens, at least, you know , Davis walked away with an album out of it,

Nore Davis:

Word where and who even knows if we either gonna get back to insight . Cause right now it's all outdoor comedy shows, which I'm still not scared to do, but I just record the album. I'm kinda tired. But uh, I, I don't wanna , I don't want to risk it, getting sick out there and uh , another big, alright , so here's the process. The process is definitely wanting to be somebody who wants to work. And when you take the stage away, I just can't sit there and do nothing. Even if I write a script , uh , everything is still closed. I won't be able to be made, but I know I can control streaming. Like my streaming and people need to listen to something. People need content or even art. So I can control that. So I said, let me try these zoom shows, man. Like, cause con cause as a standup , the audience is my instrument. You did that . And if I can reach them online, do stand up. Which I, I just discovered. I , I was like, okay, let's do this. Let's try it. And it worked. I throw a joke out there, gave it more space and heard them back through the speakers. They sound like little terminators . Like I heard him and I was like, okay, this might be something that started developing bits. And, and then I was like, Oh shit, this, I found something. I found something. Cause I and limited the progress was grueling. Oh, like I've done , uh , IgG lives. You don't hear anything. I've done Twitch where you here or not here . You just see people laugh to the chat and you just, you see the ha ha I make somebody laugh on text message, you know? Oh , was so depressing. And so it just comes as monologues. I did benefit shows where you just perform for the camera and they don't , um, there's no audience, you need the audience. So they basically had me playing my interest instrument with no other, no matter if I wasn't playing my instrument. I'm just like going acapella with no goddamn instrument. You know? I don't need a beat. Yo. Yeah . I only know beat . I only know production dog . Just acapella. No, I need, I need all the instruments. I need everything. I need nothing. God damn bro. So , um , start doing comedy trap house. Me and you started doing that. The beginning of our end of April, I wanna say end of April, bunch of may shows. And those main shows man were life . Man. People were coming in and this is the part where people are just bored of like what's on TV. I mean, there's so much content out there, but it gets boring. After a while it gets boring. It's like, what's something new or something I can get dressed and feel, it feels special. It's not special when there's a whole troth of it, you know? Right . Not at all. Why do you think we love Ferrari's and Lamborghini's because you only see once in the once in the blue, you only see one of them drive by, you know, it's not like a Nissan Maxima. You're like, Oh, anybody can get that. You know? So it felt special. Um, so when I , uh, when I performed on zoom came together and I was like, yo, let's just give me something good. This can be this time capsule piece that we can remember where we all came from. Like, remember this happened, this happened while we're all busy now in the middle of a pandemic uprising. And actually question marks of like, what the fuck is about to happen. You did what's next. What's what, what the CDC gonna say? Who's spiking . What , what new token they gonna give us our right. Hockey's gonna let more black people and Oh great. But are you gonna arrest the cops? Look, man, calm down all that rest. And the cops shoot me .

Dj Ace:

We're giving you everything else, Sam , you don't need, it has to be arrested. Yes, exactly.

Nore Davis:

People are still protesting, you know? Um, but the media doesn't show that. Um, so I just know we have created an album where people can sit down, listen to it and remember where they were three months ago and laugh. Cause I really think laughing is a normal function that the human body needs just like going to the bathroom or eating. You need to laugh. Either show you , you just can't be sitting there angry all the damn time. Like even DMX laughs Dick Cheney. Laughs. I it's probably like an evil laugh. Trump laughs as an evil lab, but he laughs I look at all these poor people,

Dj Ace:

You know, let let's, so let's break it, break it down for the listeners who don't. Maybe don't know what zoom is. If you don't know what zoom is by now, you'd definitely locked up at somewhere in defend Democrat .

Nore Davis:

Yeah . You probably kidnapped. I mean, you know the fuck was you pray and I hope you get out. That's insensitive. Um, that felt insensitive. Yeah. Zoom is an application that is used for [inaudible] research. That's been around a couple years, but it's only been used for like doctors or nurses and maybe teachers to like communicate with another researcher in Thailand or China or California. And you know, you see the commercials for it. That shit is boring as hell. Yes, Jim, we did a lot of medical research and they all have been to camera and shit. But man, once young people, millennials got ahold of that motherfucker. We turned and quarantine happened . Millennials got ahold of that motherfucker. We turned that bitch upside down.

Dj Ace:

Yeah. He bought the trap house to them,

Nore Davis:

The trap house to the goddamn zone. Boy ,

Dj Ace:

I think you said DJ's deed is comedians. You know? And that's why I got a w as a hybrid, you know? And let me tell you what you did was not easy. You know, you are somebody like , uh , like majority of the comedians out there, they all performed live in a comedy club and that was shut down. Like we said before, and what else do we have to work with? Okay. So technology meaning that you're going to perform with people across the world, in their own homes, social distancing. Right. And we also dealing with latency. So even though the, the, the , um, the people laugh, there's still a delayed time there and you gotta time yourself, hear their laughs while still trying to, you know, keep the pace going with your joke, man. There was a lot of inner skills that had to be developed really quickly and mastered cause people were pinning . You know what I mean? Like if people were showing up, like these are strangers who says I'm depressed, I am , whatever's going on in my life and I need a distraction and I need to be uplifted. And I'm coming to log on to Nora's show to get exactly that, to get that joy , you know, to get that uplifted and you, and you delivered.

Nore Davis:

Thank you, man. I ain't even know who the hell you was talking about at first, but yes, that all had to happen because it, I, I, regardless of it's a live show or zoom, I think it's still, I don't want to take for granted. People just pressing the link or putting on pants to come to a show. I think I'm always very humble of that expression. I'm always still , um, and all of like, really you want to come see me? I mean, it's not even like a insecurity. It's more of a, like a , wow, I'm actually doing it. Like I'm excited for myself. Like it's actually happening. These people press the link. They're like, I'm here entertain me. And it's like, I want to make sure I give them the best time. So they'll either come back or they'll have a great impression of me and I, and I, and I feel that gratification of doing my job of what I love to do. Uh, and , um, so yeah, I definitely had to make those quick adjustments , uh, of like extending my timing , um, letting the last breathe and then moving on to the next joke, but making sure that joke is solid enough, that it's a it's a bit and it gets consistent labs each show. And once you build that, it's like, all right , I think I have the essence, the blueprint of an album on fucking zoom . What? That's weird. All right . Then we got it. So it came together, man, everybody came together. I'm happy about it.

Dj Ace:

Sometimes you just got in a sense, certain things are just meant to be in life, man. And I just think that was one of those that it had to be you , it had to be, it had to be tripod shot out to try bye

Nore Davis:

A tripod, Michael bans, Omar, Omar, I head, are we out here, baby? Yes. It all the universe definitely is leading the force of like what needed to happen for this to be successful. And I , I think it was assessed it's it's in the New York times. Like, that's crazy

Dj Ace:

Now , can we do that ? He'll be talking about that then .

Nore Davis:

Yeah. It's in the New York times dog , the reviews are coming in. Their reviews are in now. You know, people are like, wow, that's crazy. And cause, and the thing is, it's going to be relevant for awhile because we're still in quarantine. We don't know we're getting out like California, go back in. I shut it down there, Texas.

Dj Ace:

Cause we opened and had to shut it back down to like, okay, we was at stage three, phase three and back to space. Yes. Yeah . Dial it back, dial it back. I'll get back.

Nore Davis:

I have to give credit to my male . Omar, turn it out there, man. DJ ACE , baby DJs, like it to have a DJ on zoom as I'm president . And it just sets the , the vibe, man. You did great on that man. That was so far like the music selection and getting engaged with the audience. Because when you're on zoom, that quietness that you heard that right there. Like wasn't that so awkward right there . Like just being quiet on zoom . You're like, who's going to fucking talk like, all right , let me just lead the meeting. That's silence on zoom as about equivalent to the same bombing on stage , man. When you throw something out and you don't hear it. So imagine the zoom where there's no jokes and you're just talking and you don't hear anything back. And then you stop talking to people. It just, nobody knows who to talk yet. And it's just quiet. Whew . That silence is hard.

Dj Ace:

It takes a , it takes a lot of confidence. I ain't going to hold you. It took, it. Took confidence in that . And thank you for, you know , your positive feedback. The work I put in it because I mean, when we first started like, like, remember when I was there, like, you know, we didn't even, I didn't even see the people. Like I didn't have that feature set up.

Nore Davis:

Right? Yeah. You didn't have, you couldn't see gallery ,

Dj Ace:

Right? Yeah. I couldn't see anything. So I had to go back on off of Hey, when I deejayed right before pandemic, this music worked. So I got to go back. I had to trust that like this song hits, you know? And then once I was able to start to see the people and I'm like, Oh Whoa , okay. These like bro, the first show, the second show. I , even though they were like white , I don't even , I ain't know who they were you like, I was like, everybody do the, do the challenge was [inaudible] I forgot. But

Nore Davis:

Restaurant , you got don't rush. And then you was like , everybody eat tide pods. I'm joking. You didn't say that I'm joking .

Dj Ace:

Like they don't know what that is. I'm like why

Nore Davis:

Didn't happened ? Cause they ate too many tire products . So now they can like heal themselves. But the tire pod kit is a good man. Cause they , they out there protesting. So shout shouts out to them. They're like n***a, we brave protesters . I will fucking scream. Black lives matter while eating a Thai pod . They don't fuck with me. I'm put in great work. And I got give a shout out to the other comedians that opened up the show like Paris Lashay . Um, who else we had on there ? Are there Rob Hayes? Um, no Pauline ammo. Yeah. You have shout out to him too. Um, they were just so funny and like, those are the comics that's like rather die for a n***a like, yo, I got you. You know? And they pulled up. They gave their talent. It's so funny. And it just set the tone. I just set the tone and I think that's w any, any type of comedy show you're going to just want to be set up correctly. Everybody should be set up. And the DJ was set up correctly. Commerce was set up correctly. I was civil correctly. So it was destined for success in the beginning because of the system we set up and just like the system America set up for us to fail. It's been doing great. It's also successful. And it's flipping in its own. Right.

Dj Ace:

And shout out to you for being the genius. That was like, yo, let's have a DJ be an opener. Like, yo , my man locked up .

Nore Davis:

So a minute you did a 10 minute , uh , 10 to 12 minutes that and it was fire .

Dj Ace:

Yeah. Genius .

Nore Davis:

Sound check was fun. Sound check was fun.

Dj Ace:

Abrar . I live for soundcheck fam got lifter , soundchecks. Cause that was the freestyle. And it was like more intimate to bond with you. The other comedians, just you , we vibe in before, you know, just my purpose with that was just to keep everybody loose. Yeah, I know. I know I can get it can get crazy. Cause you know, you don't know what's going to happen. You don't know. You know what I mean?

Nore Davis:

He gave people a break from the reality, which was great, man. I think we all need that, man. Regardless of people reading a book or that binge watching the show or they're even working, a lot of people were still working during quarantine , uh, entertainment and laughing as needed. So we, we developed a way to still provide that service within stand up and stand up on online has always been posting your performance from performing at a show. Always. It hasn't been, Oh, here's me performing in zoom in the current state that we're locked in now. Like where people post their standup, it's usually with a recorded pre COVID.

Dj Ace:

Oh . So you know, that's why you the hybrid. That's why you the truth because you took it seriously. You know, a lot of people, you and sack like lack of medians . They use that platform, the zoom platform to complain to bitch and moan and, and just, you know what I mean? And not losing what site like you're comedian, you bring joy, you bring laughter that's what the fuck you do as a comedian. And all you're doing is ranting. You know what I mean? It was sad to hear some comedians do that. But you in , you had the mic, you stood up, you kept it 100 . Yeah.

Nore Davis:

Well the specials are in quarantine. It's just like the Chappelle one, but that's outside. His was outside. So that was the element of still performing live and mine was performing live, but like literally in quarantine, digital, digital, digital fam , um, he did have real people to laugh and I think you could still perform digitally. Just like how I G comics get digital labs too . Like they just throw their sketch out there. And then you see in the comments, people dying, laughing, and commenting. So it is good to like find a way to transition. Stand up into that atmosphere.

Dj Ace:

Legendary, legendary. I mean, I throw that word around because legendary man, isn't pioneers, you know what I mean? It's like Steve Johnson. Y'all I'm gonna drop this iPhone fan . Be like, what the fuck is that?

Nore Davis:

We'll see if , uh, my zoom 2.0 album comes out just as good . Somebody's gonna upgrade my, you can upgrade my albums . You can update, you can update it, update, put the tracks on here, replace that check with another track now. But thank you, man. That means a lot,

Dj Ace:

Man. Nah , bro. You lit man. It's lit, isn't it? It's an honor to watch you go to work to , you know, bring the joy, you know ? Cause I haven't realized how key and crucial that peace element is that word joy. You know, when that, when that lady DNB after the show and she was like, you know, just thank you for the joy that you're bringing. You know what I mean? You're like, okay, that's what we're doing.

Nore Davis:

Yeah. Yeah. Cause we're definitely an element of the world where it's a lot of pain, a lot of hurts coming out. You know, that saying is real hurt. People hurt people. So a person to like really leave his knee on a black man's neck for eight minutes and 45, 46 seconds. How hurt is that motherfucker to do that? What the hell is he been through? I look at both sides. Um, cause that's just you , you , you , you're not taught that

Dj Ace:

To put your knee in somebody's neck for eight minutes.

Nore Davis:

Hey. Yeah. You're not taught hate to like , just do like that. This sound that's a human being man. Shit. So it's like what type or hurt does he have in his life? Not to feel the pain for another human being,

Dj Ace:

You know , all of that we give

Nore Davis:

It's good that going back, tying back to that lady, like yeah, we gave joy cause we were just surrounded by so much pain. That's all the media is, is pain, porn, PP, painful , painful porn .

Dj Ace:

It's very painful. And you know, people, you know, let's just put it out there. Mental health is real. So you use check, check yourself, check your loved ones. You know what I mean?

Nore Davis:

But therapy's in school, man.

Dj Ace:

The school is open back up

Nore Davis:

Therapy should be in homeroom n****s

Dj Ace:

Shit. And after this fucking pandemic, we fucking all need it, man. Yeah.

Nore Davis:

All needed therapy therapist should be paid and teachers should be paid a lot. That's why we say defund. The police doesn't mean get rid of the police. Right . It means take away their budget and pour it more into education. Uh, and other sources that the state needs, you know that the people need the hospitals, nursing teachers and um, transportation. A lot of , um, Medicare, Medicaid, excuse me that , uh, these funds are like not being enable to get money for. That's what it means. Man. Cops get like paid billions of dollars and that's why they have those fucking ride gears and tanks and tasers.

Dj Ace:

They were good people. They are right ready. Like there was no shortage for what man ,

Nore Davis:

People out there holding signs

Dj Ace:

Science . You're going to take everybody down because they're holding a sign, holding a sign really .

Nore Davis:

And people , uh , they, and they Rob and break up a store . Yeah. Well those stores have insurance, but the person that they killed does not have insurance.

Dj Ace:

He had a daughter I'll tell you that was right. You had a daughter who now doesn't have a father. Exactly. So ,

Nore Davis:

Uh , pain porn . So yeah.

Dj Ace:

And that's the whole thing with the black lives matter. Like all lives matter. No motherfucker . We're just like, yo, can you not kill a dad? Can you not get a black father please? Exactly. Daughter, family. Could you not do that? Yeah .

Nore Davis:

Yeah. So like, yeah. All lives matter, but black lives matter. Cause they're part of all lives. We are the lives that they're just not being cared for. They're just being killed. So, and that that's just like that hurt. I don't know if that's hurt with white people. It's just that ignorance of like, they can't see it and thinking attention is being taken away from them.

Dj Ace:

No, it's not , not about your attention. It's about someone saying someone getting pulled over saying, yes, I have a gun in the car and it's legal and still getting killed. Guess that's the mystery. That's where the black lives matter continues. Cause I'm pretty sure if a white man says, Hey, I have a gun in the car with my family. He's fine. Everything's still fine.

Nore Davis:

I don't know when they're going to say, Oh marinade , just going to come out and say, this is a dictatorship. And they're still pissed off that we got away from slavery and they want us back. They ain't going to tell us, cause that's the way that they're killing people and the injustice that's happening. A system that is doing exactly what supposed to do. But we're challenging it because that's, you know, playing the game. Um, when they got that , you know that they're not going to say , man , if I answer my own question, they're not going to say it because we'll fucking burn this place down. We'll burn it the fuck down. So you telling me nothing's ever gonna change. They're like, no fuck. Y'all Mickey mouse is on fire

Dj Ace:

In that little motherfucker .

Nore Davis:

Can you hear me? He run up you on fire, n***a cars, Dreamworks, Woody, and buzz on fire.

Dj Ace:

Shit. We'll stop right there. They will stop. All right there . Promise you. Attention has been given now

Nore Davis:

Burn all that shit. Damn burned down that burned down. And um, you know, hopefully one of these rich people that wealthy people, their kids are out there in the street saying like, you know this isn't right. I can't believe I'm part of this. Hopefully they build some empathy,

Dj Ace:

But that's what's happening right now. You know ? And that's, what's blowing a lot of rich people mind is that the fact that their kids are there in the protest , flipped the fuck out there for like yo damn black lives matter. Like what the fuck? Like what y'all doing. It's not cool. You and your friends that yup .

Nore Davis:

Remember the videos you saw them there . Them challenging them. I don't see them TicTacs no more. I wonder if they survived or did they go to the dark side? Who won banjos or iron man who won that? That

Dj Ace:

You defenders

Nore Davis:

Darth Vader. The re racist. I am your father. I am racist. I am your father. Yeah, man. I hope they're still fighting. I hope they're still going.

Dj Ace:

We love y'all man.

Nore Davis:

Please, please keep fighting please. Cause we can't. No , we're tired. We've been fighting ever since we were born, man. Our parents told us all the time I talked about it in my act, all like all the other albums, any black person's art. We talk about the pain and police brutality, the pain of prison and systematic racism. And we talk about all the time and y'all just laugh or say like, yeah, that's the thing. They , and they justify it with like, you know, he's a criminal. And remember, so my accountant, remember that like started to get some racist shit. I , you know, all they had to do was arrest him. Cause he broke the law. Wait what'd he say? He said some bullshit. Like, all you had to do is they put them in jail for a little bit and then let them go. But yeah, they killed him and they killed it . I'm like Jay ,

Dj Ace:

Bro. I appreciate the sympathy. But shut the fuck up.

Nore Davis:

Oh no n***a should be in jail for no bullshit. Just being intoxicated on the street. Nobody man. But that's how white people justify it. Like, well you break the law then that's what happens. That's not the case for a person that looks the same color as me.

Dj Ace:

How could that be? What, what did he do? No. Why the fuck is he dead? Why is he dead? Why was his knee in his neck for eight minutes and 46 seconds. That's the question.

Nore Davis:

Why Brianna Taylor, dad ? Why ? Um , McCain that kid that you know , uh , God Amman . Aubrey. Why is he a n***a just jargon ?

Dj Ace:

I mean, so, so now the , the other question is so I mean, I'm pretty sure there's a large percentage of Caucasian people in America, but the problem is I'm not hearing nothing either. The media is not promoting it or it's not happening, but I don't hear white people getting killed by the cops. I don't hear it. I just don't fucking hear it.

Nore Davis:

Not at all. There , there is like a percentage of them that happening, but it's like by mistake or it'll be, it'll be a poor white guy, you know, like a drunk or a meth addict or something like that. But not the way we're being slaughtered on camera and then brought the trial. Nothing happens .

Dj Ace:

And that's the painful part, right? Yes.

Nore Davis:

That's the injustice it's like, they're like, all right, prove it. Here's the tape. And then, and correlate, eh , thank you for the tape, but no , not guilty. And they're protected from the state, the unions and the state protect the police.

Dj Ace:

So, and now we ask the people, what , how, what do you want black people to do with that pain, with that trauma? Where does it go? We cannot push it. It can only get stuff into a can , but for so much before they report to some more room in the camp,

Nore Davis:

They want us to have that pain because it just keeps us distracted and off balance. That's what it is. So we're, so it's just transferred to like our children is transferred to our work is transferred to our friends and family the way we think, the way we act, the way we talk, maybe it gets transferred in the wrong way. And then we're back in the system, we're in jail. They want all that. So it's always take that pain, which I do with my album and just turn it into an album and then keep going. And then disconnect gotta disconnect as a black person, please disconnect from social media, which you hear and just tell your fans and friends and white people that get it. But you gotta disconnect for your own mental

Dj Ace:

Hell. Yeah, man. You just said it, you know like, so you disconnect, but then you reconnect and then it's still going. Yeah .

Nore Davis:

It's still pain . Yeah. And we're hoping that in Hollywood they make more stories that, you know, you can, you can see a n***a just throw a pie. And the other n****s face damn like something funny, something fun instead of just like documentaries about us marching being arrested, being murdered, being raped and over civil rights stuff. That's all our story,

Dj Ace:

Right? No, that'd be more fun bro. We are the culture, you know what I mean? You name it. We list ,

Nore Davis:

Alright man. And we were going to have more of that and there's as much as people who ever listened to this man, you know, it's sad who was died in murder , but definitely listened to my album, definitely listened to so many of the black comedians and any black owned business, black owned books, poems, clothing, jewelry, buy all that, uplift that stuff because celebrate the black people that are here and help the , the black economy let's say blackout today was blackout. Right?

Dj Ace:

Yeah. But yeah, today was blackout , but that was a weird thing. First of all, I mean, okay. When were you about to have these things? People need to have like a committee and let people know what we're about to do because I need to know that I bought everything the day before y'all motherfuckers can't tell me, Oh, we're not buying shit today. And I'm like, motherfucker, I got to eat , eat food.

Nore Davis:

Nothing, no food, no black owned it . Ain't black owned food. You can't buy it.

Dj Ace:

What the fuck?

Nore Davis:

It's just saying like, don't spend on like, you know, the Amazons and the targets and stuff like that. It's like, and by black, by black and try to pump money back into our pockets. But you know, it's still, we still don't own anything and well, that's not true. There are black people that do own things, but it's like majority definitely want to own more real estate so we can control the thermostat. Um , Oh man, I remember that joke . I bring that joke back. I got jokes for the next one.

Dj Ace:

I can't bring it up and not tell the people. Can you get them a little sneak peek ?

Nore Davis:

Oh man. Yeah. That's the joke I talked about. I want, I want black people are on more real estate so we can control the thermostat. Could white people keep that AC on Elsa all year round. It's like, n***a, it's colder in here then outside. And it's winter. Like what are we doing?

Dj Ace:

Well , you don't need to be this fucking cold in , so

Nore Davis:

This is not, this is not a sickle cell free zone. And then as the tag. Yeah, yeah. I gotta bring that back. But I mean, we haven't been built as in the wild because you know quarantine . Yeah . So that joke ain't really going to hit until people are allowed to go back. I think some people in New York are allowed to work in buildings. Yeah .

Dj Ace:

But even that she's wearing for him , like even a restaurants , like, like I told you , I went into a lobster like yesterday and there were people sitting like one table apart from each other. I'm like, this shit is weird, man.

Nore Davis:

Oh, is that what they're doing? Oh , so they have people eat inside.

Dj Ace:

And then now that the media is saying that the COVID-19 is more dangerous indoors.

Nore Davis:

Hmm . Yeah. Yeah.

Dj Ace:

I don't really fucking understand because if we have the PR the protest, the protest, Oh the covert, the cases , but shit is outside and there's still, the numbers are still rising. So now all of a sudden, now you're telling us that it's dangerous inside this motherfucker. Is this crazy inside or outside?

Nore Davis:

Yeah. It's dangerous all around regardless of what you look at it. So this is really about selfishness of people wanting to eat and businesses wanting to open back up and not caring about people who suffered through it. Like you. And like over 120 K people who died. And they're not showing that, you know, I , we ain't got it. We still going to sell these cheese by the biscuits. Nobody give a fuck about your cheeseburger biscuit . Tell that family to get in the fucking house and cook and wear a mask. You know, it's real. They really don't think it's real.

Dj Ace:

I'm telling you right now, people firsthand. It's real it . My family, you know, we had it. We, she was very scary. I mean, I don't know if it's different from March coronavirus or say what ? June, July Cronin virus . I don't know if the shit is different, but let me tell you that shit is scary. I don't want you to know anybody. You know, if you do get it, switch over to alkaline diet, if you can. Um, so your prayers, you know, get a lot of rest . Yeah .

Nore Davis:

It's a sickness, man. Make sure that mucus is not developing .

Dj Ace:

That's it, man. Just keep the mucus out of your lungs. That's that's the only advice I can give you, you know? Seriously, you got some cheese by the biscuits though. Not the finished fam . So you got, you got it to go. Yeah . Yeah. You got yeah . Staying in there .

Nore Davis:

Red lobster and that so cross County is open too , right? Oh man . Remember that line? People lining up to go into the store. Zahra Asia . Now the lines, the lines, that shit, man, he

Dj Ace:

Black people, you know, unless you don't mix, I don't know how that's going to work. It's going to be a long ass summer

Nore Davis:

Dude . We're like, we just got into July. June was so long. 2020 is the longest fucking year. Greatest year. Whereas year at the same time, look at this man. Where are we at? July 7th. We got, we got that 31 days, bro. We going to be in July for

Dj Ace:

A lot of lies . So like two years is going down a lot is going down. Let's talk about how many people died on 4th of July family . She's wild. Oh man. Yeah .

Nore Davis:

Is that I'm in Chicago, right?

Dj Ace:

Throw what the Whoa . I mean ,

Nore Davis:

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Um, yeah. Murder is still happening. That's not gonna stop no matter pandemic, anything, people still killing people. It feels like there's lawless red redemption like wearing red, red, dead redemption, but still have horses. We have cars, Maximas and civics. BMW's the wild, wild West out here. Wow . And like there's an uprising with the police. So the police are like, yeah, whatever, fuck that. We're not going to help. And it's bullshit. And I was like, yeah, I saw a picture of like four black babies were killed by stray bullets. It's sad. It's so sad. And you know, those are the stories that do happen that do need the attention. But there's never the stories that follow a solution news don't have no solutions. They just report, report, report, report. All right . What's the solution. You just hit it.

Dj Ace:

And , and that's the biggest thing that the S word that is, there's no solution to anything,

Nore Davis:

Anything ain't nobody trying to solve. No problem. Cause I don't know what it's . One's like, look, you take away my stage. All right. Here's my solution. I'm gonna try and figure out zoom and do comedy, but all the, all the grief and pain that's happening in the world with people, no solution. Even when there was no mask in China, we had to wait for China. Like solution was just a wait while people die. Like

Dj Ace:

There's no solutions . There's no vaccine either.

Nore Davis:

Exactly. Even though they were going on that, do they even want one?

Dj Ace:

No . All right , there's this? Fuck

Nore Davis:

You. Haven't called it. Do you believe in the five G uh, conspiracy? Um, cause that's, that's still evident in the hood. People were still going by that like, yo fuck five . Don't get five G son. The radiation poison. Well, my thing is

Dj Ace:

No, because bro, you would have had it at this point. You know what I mean? Like I don't identify G cause everything, our phones iPhone is 11 five G now like they're all five G so a lot more people would be dead. Cause I know a lot people that have the iPhones and they still kicking they're alive and well, so I don't think it's five G no, this is just a disease that is highly diseased virus, highly contagious. Um , if you're around somebody who has it , um, your chances of catching it are really high it's that, you know that that's the one that can tell you. I mean, the only reason why, because my sister got it from the hospital, somebody who had the virus came in there and coffin all crazy. And this was at the beginning of it before they, they made it mandatory to wear masks and stuff. Wow. Yeah. I remember as a matter of fact, it was against the whole math thing . Like why are you wearing a mask? Like , and I mean , like they do like the, the , um, the directors of the hospitals and stuff. They want their workers were in mass because they was like, that's unprofessional. But now, now you can't even get a fucking banana without wearing a math now. So you know what I mean,

Nore Davis:

Lee , I forget my mass more than my keys. Matter of fact, I remember my keys, wallet, keys, and I walked out the house. You know how many times I walked halfway or almost to the grocery store and I forgot my mask. I was like, God damn it . I gotta walk back. Cause like , they're not going to let me enter one and two socially, it's just not acceptable. And I do, and three, I do want to be safe, you know? So I would feel weird walking around with no mask , um , at least hanging on, unless I'm around people. I know that don't have it. And you know, we associate distance. I , you know, when I go over your house and stuff like that, like it's, you know, it's all love . And then now I'm not traveling. So I stay where I'm at. And as a thing, we , you know what

Dj Ace:

I mean? This whole fucking coronavirus , you don't know who it's not now . They said that is systematic or whatever. Those people are, whatever that word is. But you know, not the thing that some people have it and over no, they don't show signs, anything carriers . Right. So it's too much, man. It's too much. It's too much having to figure out who,

Nore Davis:

Let me tell you, man, this is only July n****s . See if this was like October, November, we almost outta here. Nope. This is the middle. This is a little bit over the middle yet. We missed a halfway. We just passed the halfway Mark.

Dj Ace:

And then they talking about schools reopening. I'm like how bro ? How, Oh are they out?

Nore Davis:

Yeah, I know my daughter, baby mom . She's on some, like, she won't even let me see her thinking. I have it. So she definitely all that go to school. I just feel for my daughter, man, just, I feel for these kids, man, like imagine that you being locked down quarantined , then you just keep hearing fireworks all over the explosions. They must think they're in that damn war zone.

Dj Ace:

Can you use all these only Lonnie on 4th of July, man , I had a God damn heart attack.

Nore Davis:

She was holding their ears. And like, she haven't seen her friends or in school, you had the teacher poor thing

Dj Ace:

That became a teacher. She was like, fuck this shit.

Nore Davis:

Daddy became a teacher. My friends are gone. All my friends are dead. Push me to the edge. And then now you got fireworks, yo, fuck all of this

Dj Ace:

And those fireworks. I mean, you know, before you kind of like drive out there, we'll see the fireworks family. Fuck it. Everybody had them right

Nore Davis:

Down your street, just in case we ever wish. You know what I wish fireworks were every day. Whoever wished for that. Got it. Who made that wish ? I don't hear too many tonight, which is very odd. Maybe people got tired. They didn't re up yet. I don't know. Maybe I'll call my brother and he can bring some up.

Dj Ace:

See, what's cracking this weekend. We can be part of it. I'm telling you, man , they motherfuckers had that fucking shit popping for all Saturday. Also July man .

Nore Davis:

Yeah. Listen . There's remember, man. Like a lot of it has been, cops have been letting people bring in the fireworks and plant them up. So like, you know, it is um, what's it called? It's a psychological warfare of like constant noise, constant disturbance of the peace . And then calling three, one , one and nine 11. And they're like, we can't do nothing, but you see how we're valued. You wanted to fund us. Yes. Motherfuckers still wanted to fund you. But um, you know, people don't go with the fireworks. It's just like, you know, just know that we're winning. Yeah .

Dj Ace:

We're winning. That's it? That's it. That's the, that's what you got to hold on to .

Nore Davis:

Sorry, you got fireworks. Are you hearing us ? And you got fire contests , constant. And your name where you're headed. Just no psychological warfare. Just be strong, focus on something else and keep going. Don't call three , one, one and nine one, one. They're not going to do nothing .

Dj Ace:

I think that's it.

Nore Davis:

You're fucking white. Don't do that. You can't stand white people. Always like no they'll do it for me. No they won't. I ain't got no money. They're not there to protect you.

Dj Ace:

Is it for the rich fam? If you ain't registered ain't ain't for that

Nore Davis:

Rich and wealthy gated communities.

Dj Ace:

That's it. That's it. And when you're talking Richards,

Nore Davis:

Rich, rich, like you need a passcode to get in on some like public storage.

Dj Ace:

Oh .

Nore Davis:

To get into that gate twice.

Dj Ace:

But you really nailed it. 20, 20 men, mental strong mental tough. Just gotta be tough on everything. Yeah. Cause even if you have the virus, I'll tell you one thing for me, me saying, well, I'm not letting this shit beat me. Kept me going. Yep . You know what I mean? Cause there was a time when I was just slumped over on the bed. When I woke up in the morning thinking like, Oh fuck, like this is it. You know what I mean? Like , is this it like, this is how I'm going to go. Like, this is what's the tone. Take me out. Oh , I ain't got no , you felt like that. Oh my God, this is going to take me out. Like damn like, so I mean, bro, I'm telling you ever since then, you know, and then watching my dad. Oh man, that shit was insane. Watching him really fight for his life. You know, Paul Guy , six, three, six, four, whatever, how tall he is and just couldn't even stand up, man. That was, that was heart wrenching. And Oh you man just like, nah, man, like just keep the shrimp on the family. And they , you know, like here , my mom just keeps saying, you know, one out of every family member dies from COVID. I'm like, yo, what the fuck? Like why would you start? Why would you say that now, man , your mom got what your husband is lumped over that .

Nore Davis:

Well, somebody's going to have to go. Is that what you want? Damn. She seemed like your mama had invited that goddamn virus,

Dj Ace:

Bro. You know how strong I had to be on top of that now. Cause I'm like, don't bring that shit in here, man. I'll bring that negativity in here . Like just keep that out. You know, when we roll , we gonna make it, we going to get through it. We're going to get through it. We're going to get through it. And bro, we got through it through it.

Nore Davis:

Do you remember like who was the last person that had it and then like, was it you or your dad or, and then here ?

Dj Ace:

Um, I'm debating. Who was my brother-in-law or no, it was my dad. Yeah. My dad was the last one to get it. Okay. I built my brother in law. No, he, I think my brother in law had it in between the time that might add it, but my dad had it and he had it the longest on top of that. Like it was just crazy man. And you know, Leilani , not knowing what's going on. Like why I can't be around him, you know ? And she's like, I just want to say hi to him. Is that okay? And I'm like, yo, we don't know if it's gonna hurt. Like if you're gonna get up , get it . Yeah . So many fucking questions, man. It was just a soul . Still not answered, bro. You go to Google, like the ninth page on Google. Yep . Nothing. Once you have it, all that shit that conspiracy conspiracies on ass 12 cover got his own Pinterest page. Nothing but no facts, no facts . If he said, she said, this may , this might this one, but how do I get rid of it? Exactly. Mr . Turn it on , man. Man,

Nore Davis:

Him being gone, man. Data broke.

Dj Ace:

Everybody's heart roll. 20 , 20 Nomar oxtail. I can't man.

Nore Davis:

[inaudible]

Dj Ace:

You hear me? 20, 20 minutes of survival. Survival man. We survived. We survived. So I know look, man, like I said, when you, when you came with the whole idea of, to just even do the socials or whatever, I'm like, let's do it. Fuck it. Fuck it. I know what the other option is. Yeah . [inaudible] damn straight. Yolo side . I almost saw death knocking at his goddamn door again. He was knocking at my door in the house. Like

Nore Davis:

It's just been quarantined body when they be to see you and people like, why are you crying? No , that's the other shit. Like there's people that like no funeral ,

Dj Ace:

Nothing. No, no it's not easy. This is not easy, man. I wish, you know, it was on a lighter note, but this is reality, right? This is what we're dealing with. I mean, fuck it. Like hello movies are being, not being made. TV shows, not being made because of COVID-19. All right . So we have to change

Nore Davis:

Changing . I don't even think we're going to go back to movie theaters. Like what's so special about seeing the movie deal where I could just wait for it to be on demand or seen in front of my TV .

Dj Ace:

Safe. Safe. Exactly. Yeah. Everybody in my house and God live . So you know what I mean? Y'all can word . Y'all welcome to just get your big screens. Get your projectors, get just around sales , get all of it. Just build your phone, pull up on best buy. We'll be happy to see you . You still got to STEM this check that you go . Yup . STEM is check up your entertainment system,

Nore Davis:

Unemployment. And hopefully you're not evicted a man. That's crazy, man. That's crazy. You know how many people gone through so much turmoil and pain and a lot of people that are just not obviously, that's why this is such that resistance a lot. I think a lot more. It's just not going through it. So it was not getting attention.

Dj Ace:

Now somebody has to be going through it because right now they're saying Arizona through the roof, Florida. So these people are not going through it right now. Like , like it has to be hidden now

Nore Davis:

Or I guess it's just not the right people. It's not the right people. It's not the, the ones where it would get actual media. The ones were resources. The one that's like, Oh shit. Now we gotta focus on this. Like my man TEV or, or um , Alex,

Dj Ace:

I know him.

Nore Davis:

No, this is real. No it's it's people that are like lower class spiking. And you know, it's not the rich, it's not the rich. It's not the wealthy. Maybe they already have the vaccine. Maybe they're passing around. Lewminatti come get some. I ain't hear nobody in the loop. And I got COVID Sallie Mae. Got it. But I ain't hear lumen . Illuminati, get anything.

Dj Ace:

Shout out to Sally Mae .

Nore Davis:

You dumb bitch, Sally man , you, you , the only one that deserves it. She could even get up. She ain't send nevermind out for Barron's bitch.

Dj Ace:

Small victories in culvert. Yeah.

Nore Davis:

Sally may had to do for barons on us. She was like for Barris . Yes. Everybody for Baron says, except that you damn right . It is dumb ass. Nobody can afford that.

Dj Ace:

Taking people's hopes and dreams from how much debt even

Nore Davis:

Just change your man. I hope that system changes so that there are some good perks of COVID of like shutting down greed of like all these semesters and dorms people are like taking online classes and they're still charging them and not even returning their money that they spent on dorms. You know man, cause college is a business.

Dj Ace:

That's a big shout out to all people who graduated with degrees for like 10 years now and staying on a fucking job yet. Nothing shout out to those people. Fan

Nore Davis:

Stray , shout out to them and they realize what it is. Daniel teaches us. Just keep us through the system, man. Right ?

Dj Ace:

I learned about Juneteenth in June, right? The 25th

Nore Davis:

Details of it. I knew about Juneteenth, but I ain't know about, Oh shit. Wait. It was two years. N****s is still working. Ain't toes free. Fuck. Oh and Abraham Lincoln did not free this land and he was trash.

Dj Ace:

Oh , Oh that was the biggest you've been lied to. I'm the biggest you've been lied to. Why did they tell us in school? Oh, that Abraham Lincoln was the black people's hero. He was , was black Panther. He saved,

Nore Davis:

He was the original black Panther, you know , slaves. And we were like, that's what's easy . There's some cool white people out there wrong black pants , black pants. Abraham Lincoln . No goddamn black pants .

Dj Ace:

He hated us. Fam hated us. They got quotes. Okay. I'm going to how you got calls from that long. But they got bolts . I would love to hear what, how fucking George Washington felt shit. If Abraham Lincoln was so damn painful. Fuck

Nore Davis:

Sure . George Washington. But then he got his teeth from slaves or something.

Dj Ace:

You mean with the wooden teeth

Nore Davis:

Pulled his, he pulls slays teeth . I'm putting him in his own mouth. Something like that. Dog . I'm telling you, man, this world is disgusting. Capitalism is pissed. They , I told you this before, man. We are items that got away. Like imagine your refrigerator just like torquing ,

Dj Ace:

Just all outside, just down the street,

Nore Davis:

Back in that house and work. And it's like, hell no, you're going to get an education. That's how they look at it.

Dj Ace:

You'll get your sub zero fridge

Nore Davis:

Fucking pull the plug, pull the plug on what my life matters. May get your dumb ass back in his house. And that's the vibe. Then that is the vibe. And that is sleep . And that is capitalism. Somebody hire somebody lower. Always. Ain't no equality. He keeps screaming for it . Quiet capitalism is like , I don't even know how to do that. What do you mean? Everybody gets $5 like here , but then how about me? I'm the one distributing the file out. So how much do I make? How much do I make? Or how much do I give? Am I the one giving all the money right ?

Dj Ace:

Giving up shit . Cause it's like that in capitalism.

Nore Davis:

Right? Right. Shit. You seen them white than white voiceover people. I'm going to step down. I do not believe why I was voicing this character that does not look like me. All right . We'll give the money back again. I said I will be stepping, right ? Yeah.

Dj Ace:

Give back what motherfucker. You crazy. Fuck you, man. I'm not giving up my Ferrari.

Nore Davis:

I'm not getting on my jet ski.

Dj Ace:

I have six iPads fam . I'm not giving them up. I'm not giving up my house. Fuck you give up my house. My 16 bedroom house. No, no, no, no, no.

Nore Davis:

What am I made ? I gotta give it the may and the cook.

Dj Ace:

Cause your lives matter. Fuck outta here. I'm not doing it for him. What about my life?

Nore Davis:

What about my life? You want me to be poor and broke?

Dj Ace:

And that's the sad reality with capitalism. It does not. The word equality can not be in there.

Nore Davis:

And the other E word empathy gone. Profits, a doggy dog where it's a doggy. It's a doggy dog, dark art babies . W w we kept that shit real

Dj Ace:

100. But um, is there anything you want to drop to the listeners?

Nore Davis:

No . I think we dropped a lot of gems to them. I just want the listeners to know that every day go out there and protest the best way you can. If that's donating. If that's spreading the word, if that's up of amplifying black voices, do that, man. And also love yourself at the same process. Take a break for yourself. Heal yourself, laugh, love, live. And then go back out there and protest again. This system that was designed for everybody around you to fail, go out there and please make this world a better place. Have to man, because we got to get away from this systemic racism, systematic racism, and also get away from slavery. Shit . Keep it RA, have a boss, have an employee, right? But just know that people that work below you and the people that work above you all have the same fucking blood man. We all beat the same heartbeat. Ain't nobody special or better than you or the fucking same. So go out there and be great. That's all I gotta say.

Dj Ace:

Thank you. Thank you. And so people just, just leave with a little bit of empathy, man. Just put some empathy back into it. That's that's what's missing out the equation, some empathy. So real quick. Um , tell them how they can find the album, how they can find you.

Nore Davis:
